Neuer Markenauftritt: Rebranding von STAFF & LINE<\/b><\/h3>\n

TM BRANDING durfte den gesamten Markenauftritt der Personalberatung STAFF & LINE aus Kaltern (S\u00fcdtirol) neu denken und neu gestalten. Das hat extrem viel Spa\u00df gemacht und an dieser Stelle ein gro\u00dfes Dankesch\u00f6n an unsere Kunden Mirko, Veronika und Michael. F\u00fcr ihr Vertrauen, und daf\u00fcr, dass sie mit Freude und Leidenschaft den Wechsel ihrer gesamten Kommunikation und Au\u00dfenwirkung gemeinsam mit uns umgestaltet haben.<\/p>\n

Was war das Ziel?<\/b><\/p>\n

Das vorgegebene Ziel war ein rundum erneuerter Online-Aufritt: Sprich eine komplett \u00fcberarbeitete Website, auf der sich Arbeitssuchende informieren und mit wenigen Klicks bewerben k\u00f6nnen, um ihren Traum-Job mithilfe von Staff & Line zu finden. Aber auch eine Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Arbeitgeber, die mithilfe des Teams die richtigen MitarbeiterInnen finden. Der gesamte Webauftritt sollte einfach, schnell verst\u00e4ndlich und \u00e4sthetisch sowie zeitlos pr\u00e4sentiert werden. Der Start f\u00fcr ein umfassendes Rebranding.<\/p>\n

Corporate Design – Rebranding <\/b><\/h3>\n

Um eine Basis f\u00fcr alle folgenden Marketingma\u00dfnahmen zu haben entwickelten wir ein neues Corporate Design, das wir in ein sogenanntes CD-Manual gegossen haben. Darin ist in allen Details zu sehen wie der neue Look im jeweiligen Anwendungsbereich aussehen soll. Logo<\/b><\/h3>\n

Das etablierte Logo von STAFF & LINE, welches fast 30 Jahre im Einsatz war, haben wir modernisiert, ohne die Seele der Marke zu verlieren und den grunds\u00e4tzlichen Look komplett \u00fcber Bord zu werfen. Es war kundenseitig gew\u00fcnscht, dass sich das Logodesign nicht zu weit vom Original entfernt, also haben wir mit viel Gef\u00fchl Hand angelegt. Auch das geh\u00f6rt zu einem guten Rebranding.<\/p>\n

Die veraltete Website haben wir mit einer v\u00f6llig neuen Architektur sowie einer komplett neuen Men\u00fcf\u00fchrung ausgestattet. Die technische Basis ist Contao. Unser erkl\u00e4rtes Ziel war die Entschlackung der sehr \u00fcberladenen alten Website (ohne Webdesign Konzept), um den k\u00fcnftigen Besucherinnen das Besuchserlebnis (User Experience) und die Nutzung (Usability) deutlich zu vereinfachen und zu verbessern. Die neue Website lebt von einem klaren Designraster und wenigen, gut harmonierenden Pantone-Farben, die zur Branche passen: Seriosit\u00e4t und Verl\u00e4sslichkeit wird durch das leichte, offene Webdesign ausgestrahlt. Auch mobil funktioniert die Seite sehr gut und die BesucherInnen werden klar und einfach von Thema zu Thema gelenkt. Klarheit und \u00dcbersichtlichkeit war uns beim Rebranding der Marke besonders wichtig.<\/p>\n

Es gibt nicht nur arbeitsrelevante Inhalte auf der Seite, Sie finden auch beispielsweise eine Sektion f\u00fcr das bekannte \u201eS\u00fcdtiroler F\u00fchrungsforum\u201c, welches bereits seit vielen Jahren vom Team STAFF & LINE initiiert und federf\u00fchrend organisiert wird. Im Jahr 2020 wurde die 9. Ausgabe via Zoom-Call durchgef\u00fchrt (aufgrund der Covid-19 Pandemie) – ansonsten war es stets ein LIVE-Event vor Ort. Die j\u00e4hrlichen, teilweise wechselnden Sponsoren vom F\u00fchrungsforum finden auch auf der neuen Website eine Plattform und Anlaufstelle, um dieses hochwertige Event zu pr\u00e4sentieren. Ein weiterer Mehrwert f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten.<\/p>\n

Selbstredend kann die Website in deutscher und italienischer Sprache konsumiert werden. Dank professioneller \u00dcbersetzung und stabiler Programmierung kann jederzeit die Sprachauswahl gewechselt werden.<\/p>\n

Kommen wir zum Bewegtbild: Von Anfang an war klar, dass eine neue Webpr\u00e4senz im Jahr 2020 nicht ohne Videomaterial auskommt. Deshalb haben wir einen YouTube-Kanal f\u00fcr STAFF & LINE eingerichtet und professionell konfiguriert. Schlie\u00dflich ist YouTube<\/a> nach Google (geh\u00f6rt zur \u00fcbergeordneten Google-Holding Alphabet Inc.) die zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte Suchmaschine der Welt.<\/p>\n

Der neue YouTube-Kanal von STAFF & LINE beherbergt mehrere Filme, unter anderem den Imagefilm in deutscher und italienischer Fassung sowie ein animiertes Erkl\u00e4rvideo (ebenfalls zweisprachig verf\u00fcgbar), in welchem der Bewerbungsprozess bei STAFF & LINE erkl\u00e4rt wird. Wer in S\u00fcdtirol regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mittwochs den WIKU liest und aufmerksam ist, wird wissen, dass STAFF & LINE regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Jobanzeigen inseriert, um qualifiziertes Personal f\u00fcr Arbeitgeber in S\u00fcdtirol, aber auch dar\u00fcber hinaus, zu rekrutieren. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich geh\u00f6ren auch die Print-Anzeigen zur viel beachteten Au\u00dfenwirkung (hohe Print-Auflage) und m\u00fcssen deshalb zwingend das Corporate Design einhalten. Wir durften auch hier Hand anlegen und ein frisches, neues Design f\u00fcr das Rebranding der Anzeigen entwickeln.<\/p>\n
