Briefing, Beratung und Kreation
Die Gestaltung des Webdesigns und die anschließende Programmierung der Website für die Zahnarztpraxis von Dres. Krnjic war ein besonders schönes Projekt. Das lag einerseits an der tollen Zusammenarbeit mit Vater und Tochter, die die Praxis gemeinsam führen und anderseits an der Herausforderung aus einer veralteten, wenig persönlichen Seite, eine neue, frische Website zu gestalten.
In einem ersten persönlichen Beratungsgespräch in ihrer Praxis hat die Chemie sofort gestimmt und schnell war klar, welche Anforderungen und Wünsche die beiden an ihre neue Website haben. Sie wollten weg von ihrem alten, uneleganten und unübersichtlichen Design und hin zu einer modernen Seite mit frischem Konzept und einer farblichen Anpassung an ihre Inneneinrichtung.

Technik – Providerwechsel
Es ist uns wichtig, dass die Seite auch technisch auf dem neuesten Stand ist, weswegen wir nicht davor zurückschrecken, Verbesserungsvorschläge auch in diese Richtung zu machen. Ein Providerwechsel war deshalb in unseren Augen absolut sinnvoll, da der alte Sever viel zu langsam und den technischen Voraussetzungen der neuen Seite nicht genügt hat. Oft sind es gerade diese Themen, bei denen Laien zurückschrecken – zu groß ist die Angst, sich mit etwas befassen zu müssen, das nicht im eigenen Kompetenzbereich liegt.
Aber die Scheu davor ist unbegründet – es ist Teil unserer Philosophie und unseres Service, uns um solche technischen Angelegenheiten zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden zu kümmern – von der Kommunikation bis zur Durchführung. So kann sich unser Kunde weiterhin voll und ganz seinem Kerngeschäft widmen und muss sich nicht mit lästigen Details herumschlagen. Die Umstellung hat reibungslos funktioniert und der Kunde war glücklich kaum Berührungspunkte damit gehabt zu haben.
