Neuer Markenauftritt: Rebranding von STAFF & LINE
TM BRANDING durfte den gesamten Markenauftritt der Personalberatung STAFF & LINE aus Kaltern (Südtirol) neu denken und neu gestalten. Das hat extrem viel Spaß gemacht und an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an unsere Kunden Mirko, Veronika und Michael. Für ihr Vertrauen, und dafür, dass sie mit Freude und Leidenschaft den Wechsel ihrer gesamten Kommunikation und Außenwirkung gemeinsam mit uns umgestaltet haben.
Was war das Ziel?
Das vorgegebene Ziel war ein rundum erneuerter Online-Aufritt: Sprich eine komplett überarbeitete Website, auf der sich Arbeitssuchende informieren und mit wenigen Klicks bewerben können, um ihren Traum-Job mithilfe von Staff & Line zu finden. Aber auch eine Anlaufstelle für Arbeitgeber, die mithilfe des Teams die richtigen MitarbeiterInnen finden. Der gesamte Webauftritt sollte einfach, schnell verständlich und ästhetisch sowie zeitlos präsentiert werden. Der Start für ein umfassendes Rebranding.

Corporate Design – Rebranding
Um eine Basis für alle folgenden Marketingmaßnahmen zu haben entwickelten wir ein neues Corporate Design, das wir in ein sogenanntes CD-Manual gegossen haben. Darin ist in allen Details zu sehen wie der neue Look im jeweiligen Anwendungsbereich aussehen soll. Für künftige Marketingmaßnahmen kann diese „Bibel“ vom Kunden stets zurate gezogen werden. Logo
Das etablierte Logo von STAFF & LINE, welches fast 30 Jahre im Einsatz war, haben wir modernisiert, ohne die Seele der Marke zu verlieren und den grundsätzlichen Look komplett über Bord zu werfen. Es war kundenseitig gewünscht, dass sich das Logodesign nicht zu weit vom Original entfernt, also haben wir mit viel Gefühl Hand angelegt. Auch das gehört zu einem guten Rebranding.

Die veraltete Website haben wir mit einer völlig neuen Architektur sowie einer komplett neuen Menüführung ausgestattet. Die technische Basis ist Contao. Unser erklärtes Ziel war die Entschlackung der sehr überladenen alten Website (ohne Webdesign Konzept), um den künftigen Besucherinnen das Besuchserlebnis (User Experience) und die Nutzung (Usability) deutlich zu vereinfachen und zu verbessern. Schauen Sie gerne hier vorbei und machen Sie sich ihr eigenes Bild vom neuen Webdesign.
Die neue Website lebt von einem klaren Designraster und wenigen, gut harmonierenden Pantone-Farben, die zur Branche passen: Seriosität und Verlässlichkeit wird durch das leichte, offene Webdesign ausgestrahlt. Auch mobil funktioniert die Seite sehr gut und die BesucherInnen werden klar und einfach von Thema zu Thema gelenkt. Klarheit und Übersichtlichkeit war uns beim Rebranding der Marke besonders wichtig.
Es gibt nicht nur arbeitsrelevante Inhalte auf der Seite, Sie finden auch beispielsweise eine Sektion für das bekannte „Südtiroler Führungsforum“, welches bereits seit vielen Jahren vom Team STAFF & LINE initiiert und federführend organisiert wird. Im Jahr 2020 wurde die 9. Ausgabe via Zoom-Call durchgeführt (aufgrund der Covid-19 Pandemie) – ansonsten war es stets ein LIVE-Event vor Ort. Die jährlichen, teilweise wechselnden Sponsoren vom Führungsforum finden auch auf der neuen Website eine Plattform und Anlaufstelle, um dieses hochwertige Event zu präsentieren. Ein weiterer Mehrwert für alle Beteiligten.
Selbstredend kann die Website in deutscher und italienischer Sprache konsumiert werden. Dank professioneller Übersetzung und stabiler Programmierung kann jederzeit die Sprachauswahl gewechselt werden.
Tolles Feedback vom Kunden: Seitdem die neue Seite online ist bekommt der Kunde viel weniger Anrufe mit Verständnisfragen. Die BewerberInnen wissen von alleine was zu tun ist – dank der durchdachten Website. Die User Experience wurde deutlich verbessert durch modernes Webdesign.

Ein zentraler Punkt der neuen Website ist die Möglichkeit sich online zu bewerben. Entweder als Initiativbewerbung oder auf eine konkrete, ausgeschriebene Stelle. Die Software für dieses Tool stellt der eigenständige Dienstleister Onboard, ein Unternehmen aus Bozen in Südtirol, zur Verfügung. Blog mit WIKU-Artikeln
Der Besitzer von STAFF & LINE, Dr. Mirko Udovich, ist seit vielen Jahren Kolumnist für den Wirtschaftskurier der Dolomiten, besser bekannt als „WIKU“. Aufgrund dieser Tatsache haben wir vorgeschlagen einen Blog einzuführen, der wöchentlich mit mittwochs erscheinenden Text von Mirko gefüllt wird. Zudem bietet der Blog eine Plattform für weitere Beiträge: Beispielsweise über das Südtiroler Führungsforum, über Partnerschaften mit großen Firmen, über Entwicklungen der Branche, für Gastbeiträge von externen Schreibern etc. Diese Blog-Sektion ist auch für die SEO-Optimierung sehr positiv und dankbar. Kommen wir zum Bewegtbild: Von Anfang an war klar, dass eine neue Webpräsenz im Jahr 2020 nicht ohne Videomaterial auskommt. Deshalb haben wir einen YouTube-Kanal für STAFF & LINE eingerichtet und professionell konfiguriert. Schließlich ist YouTube nach Google (gehört zur übergeordneten Google-Holding Alphabet Inc.) die zweitgrößte Suchmaschine der Welt.
Der neue YouTube-Kanal von STAFF & LINE beherbergt mehrere Filme, unter anderem den Imagefilm in deutscher und italienischer Fassung sowie ein animiertes Erklärvideo (ebenfalls zweisprachig verfügbar), in welchem der Bewerbungsprozess bei STAFF & LINE erklärt wird. In Zukunft werden weitere Bewegtbild-Inhalte, auch rund um das Südtiroler Führungsforum, zentral in diesem Kanal verwaltet.

Aufgrund unserer 5jährigen Erfahrung in der Produktion von Erklärfilmen war von Anfang an auch für den Kunden klar, dass es eine gute Idee ist, den für ihn wichtigen Bewerbungsprozess kompakt und vor allem schnell verständlich zu erklären. In 60 Sekunden. Wer liest sich schon als Arbeitssuchender gerne seitenweise Hinweise durch, wenn es auch anders geht? Die Mehrheit der Leute wollen in kürzester Zeit wissen, wie etwas funktioniert – und das am besten in Videoform. Deshalb haben wir ein 1minütiges, rein digital animiertes Erklärvideo produziert, das alle wichtigen Fragen beantwortet. Wer in Südtirol regelmäßig mittwochs den WIKU liest und aufmerksam ist, wird wissen, dass STAFF & LINE regelmäßig Jobanzeigen inseriert, um qualifiziertes Personal für Arbeitgeber in Südtirol, aber auch darüber hinaus, zu rekrutieren. Selbstverständlich gehören auch die Print-Anzeigen zur viel beachteten Außenwirkung (hohe Print-Auflage) und müssen deshalb zwingend das Corporate Design einhalten. Wir durften auch hier Hand anlegen und ein frisches, neues Design für das Rebranding der Anzeigen entwickeln.

Unser Fazit
Das von TM BRANDING durchgeführte Projekt „Rebranding der Marke STAFF & LINE” war und ist ein voller Erfolg. Der Kunde ist zufrieden, alle oben aufgeführten Marketing Maßnahmen harmonieren bestens miteinander und geben der Personalagentur STAFF & LINE ein modernes, zeitloses und frisches Erscheinungsbild, das die Marke nachhaltig stärkt und somit einen großen Mehrwert für den Kunden darstellt. Wir bedanken uns an dieser Stelle nochmals für das Vertrauen sowie die reibungslose und sehr angenehme Zusammenarbeit bei Mirko, Veronika und Michael.
